INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE DESIGN II IN DEGREE SEMESTER 2
This module is my favourite module and it really do help me in my homework or everyday activities. This module contains three assignments which is related in teaching us how to deign and make a cafe. For these assignment, we had to go to a place called Sekeping Serendah and did some research at there. Besides, we also found our own location for our cafe during that time. The tutorials for this module is very effective to me. In every tutorial sessions, my lecturer will explain and teach new things. Next, the most helpful part is when the lecturer explained to us on how to start our assignments and gave us work examples from the seniors to help us on our work. So, i think that this module is very helpful and very innovating.
PROJECT 1
MADE -TO - ORDER
This assignment required me to make a window display for my cafe. In this assignment, i'm chose glass for my main material. Besides, I also chose my window display to be bamboo themed. My window display uses lights to show the pattern of the flower plating and display it underneath the water. I did some research on my model. I showed my sketches and researches to my lecture for some improvements before i proceed to my final model. I saved my progress in my gallery as shown below. PROJECT 2
WHAT A RELIEF!
This assignment is to create a creative board for my cafe . And, this assignment is about designing it by applying the depth effect on our board to increase the visual interest and build out the 3rd dimension that pulls the viewer into my design. I chose to make a perspective view of my cafe into my 3D board. About that, i chose the interior view of my model because it can showcase my attractive parts and section of my cafe which is the triangular shape of staircase and furniture. Lastly, the model is as shown below followed by the buttons.
PROJECT 3
A[LIVE] CAPSULE
This assignment is the final assignment for my module. I designed my model based on bamboo themed. And, the location i chose for this cafe is suitable for it because it's surrounded by bamboos. For this, I've decided to use triangular shape as the main shape for my model. this has inspired me by the irregular shape of the bamboo salt and I used this as my staircase and my furniture.As for my coffee, i mixed bamboo salt and black coffee together. The mixture taste of salty and sweet is a best combination with the sweetness of the yam paste. Bamboo salt also can be added into the yam paste to enhance the taste of the dessert. SEKEPING SERENDAH TRIP
This was the trip that i mentioned before. In this trip, we all have tasks which given by our lectures. Despite the tasks, I also had a lot of fun with my classmates during this trip. For the task, we have to find one location for our cafe to be built and show it to our lecturers to be approved. The journey to the place took us few hours and we had to cook on our own during the trip. Well, don't get me wrong, I do like the feel of cooking on our own. It gives us a camping feel but it's under a house and way more comfortable. Lastly, I've compile the photos that I've taken in my gallery.
